Your $60 ticket includes a welcome glass of Avissi Prosecco and the following courses:
1st Course: Charcuterie Board-Salami trio, white cheddar, Castello blue cheese, pretzels, local berry jam, stone ground mustard, & chocolate covered almonds paired with Outlier Pinot Noir
2nd Course: Roasted Fig salad, orange segments, mint, mixed greens, feta, walnuts, with champagne vinaigrette paired with Echo Bay Sauvignon Blanc
3rd Course: Cherry Cola braised beef short rib, beet pure, & roasted carrots paired with Iron & Sand Cabernet
4th Course: Lemon Leche cake paired with Cerretto Moscato D’Asti
